Today's businesses are still overflowing in paper. With modern businesses the need to access information quickly is essential. A recent survey finds that 90% of business information is still held as paper. 89% of businesses still have paper archives, this has reduced from 98% two years ago. The average office worker spends on average 3 hours per week looking for lost, misplaced or misfiled documents. Consider the last time that you couldn't find a needed document or were asked to assist in the search for a lost document. It is disruptive, unproductive and costly in many ways to have this hunt the paper exercise.
