Nick Knight

Nick has over 20 years of experience in the information management industry. Based in London, he specialises in building long-term client relationships and leading high-performing teams. Nick’s client-focused approach ensures trust, loyalty, and satisfaction, driving Storetec’s innovation and sustainable growth. Outside of work, he is a Category 2 cyclist, dedicated Time Trialist, and qualified coach.

Damien Baker

Damien is a seasoned business consultant with 20 years of experience in organisational efficiency, document management and IT. He has successfully streamlined processes for companies of all sizes, leading to enhanced productivity and compliance. Damien’s insights help businesses and organisations establish sustainable and scalable document and data management practices.

Paul Noakes

With over 25 years of experience in business-to-business sales and over 15 years of experience in the
information management industry, Paul has developed a keen expertise in assisting companies in their
digital journey.

Paul’s mission is to help organisations overcome the challenges and seize the opportunities of digital
transformation. He works with customers to understand their needs, goals, and pain points, and offer
them tailored solutions that enhance their efficiency, productivity, and security. He is passionate
about delivering value, building trust, and creating long-term partnerships.

Farhan Baqi

Farhan Baqi is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in the information management industry. Starting in operations, he transitioned into sales, where he discovered a passion for providing tailored solutions that address clients’ unique challenges. Farhan has successfully led large-scale scanning projects, developed software solutions to improve efficiencies, and implemented digital mailroom systems across many sectors, including finance and legal. His expertise, innovative approach, and dedication to client satisfaction define his role at Storetec.

Owen Hammond

Owen has over 17 years of extensive experience spanning Operations, IT, and Sales. As a leader in presales, he applies his expertise to develop innovative digital solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. Passionate about technology, Owen focuses on solving client challenges, enabling businesses to embrace growth through seamless transitions to digital practices.

Daniel Clark

Daniel has 3 years’ experience in the information management industry, developing and maintaining international standard (ISO) management systems, supplier management, as well as risk and compliance. Since graduating at the University of Leeds in 2017, Daniel has implemented and achieved internationally recognised standards on behalf of Storetec, such as BS EN 10008, ISO22301 and ISO14001.
