What We Did
First, our internal logistics team collected the documents from their office. We used our state-of-the-art scanning technology to scan and process the files. We indexed their archive using the filing system they were already familiar with. This means they can search for their digital documents in the same way they did when they used paper. The digital files were then uploaded into our cloud-based data and document management platform, MDI Cloud, for secure online access. With MDI Cloud, the client can access, share, and print documents in seconds from wherever they are.
We established a monthly collection schedule to make sure their online archive is kept up to date.
