Archive Storage

COLLECTION
We collect your documents from your office or storage facility through our internally managed tracked vehicle fleet. We can even pack your documents for you, if required.

INGESTION
On arrival, all archive boxes are weighed, barcoded, and booked onto our internal tracking system, i-Trac. Once booked in, they are allocated a secure holding area whilst awaiting storage.

SECURE STORAGE
Documents are stored in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage facilities with security measures, including internal and external CCTV, monitored fire and intruder alarms, and restricted access.
04.
I-TRAC
Records in storage can be internally managed using our records management system, i-Trac. You can use i-Trac to request retrievals, shredding, flatpack boxes and more.

Review a real-time inventory of boxes in storage, 24/7, from anywhere in the world.
Apply indexing data and run custom searches to identify boxes in relation to retention dates.
Order additional storage boxes/shredding sacks/labels as and when required.
Access the order audit log to review the details of all orders processed on the account. This is extremely beneficial for cost analysis and security provisions.
