We can set up a dedicated PO box on your behalf, regularly collect from your office or storage facility, or receive email attachments to a central inbox, e.g., yourcompany@storetec.net, automatically uploading to MDI Cloud.

CAPTURE AND INDEX
Our trained operatives scan your documents using our specialist scanning equipment. Data extraction, indexing and OCR technologies are used to classify and match keywords and route documents through a specific workflow.

DISTRIBUTION
Electronic images are integrated into business workflows and systems like ERP, CRM, and document management systems like MDI Cloud. Automatic routing or workflow can ensure the correct documents are delivered to the authorised personnel.

SECURE STORAGE
Your information is stored in our cloud-based document management system, MDI Cloud, which can only be accessed by authorised users managed by your designated super-users. Alternatively, the data can be securely transferred back to you.
